Event Vendor Expo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use describe the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) of Event Vendor Expo (“Event Vendor Expo” or “EVE”), and apply to the EventVendorExpo.com Web and mobile Web pages, the Event Vendor Expo US mobile app and associated Event Vendor Expo branded US websites and mobile applications owned and operated by us or our affiliates that link to these Terms, and related Event Vendor Expo branded online and offline services thereto (including our social media pages, collectively, the “Services”).

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Your acceptance of the Agreement to Terms

Thank you for visiting the EventVendorExpo website at www.EventVendorExpo.com (the “Site”). This terms of use agreement ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding contract between EventVendorExpo, and our affiliates (collectively, "EventVendorExpo," "we," "us"), and you, with respect to your use of all properties (Web, mobile or otherwise) owned or operated by EventVendorExpo (collectively, the "Properties"), and all products and services available from EventVendorExpo, Pros (as defined below) or other third parties in connection with the Properties (individually and collectively with the Properties, the "Services").
Please note that these Terms include a disclaimer of warranties, a disclaimer of liability, as well as a release and indemnification by you.

By using or accessing the Services, you acknowledge and confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, please do not use or access the Services. The Terms expressly supersede any prior Terms of Use between you and us or any of our affiliates or predecessors. Certain features, products, or software that you use, purchase, or download through the Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented to you at the time that you use, purchase, or download them. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with the Terms, the Promotion rules shall apply. Similarly, some areas of the Services (including, without limitation, The Event Vendor Expo ticket shopping) are hosted or provided by our third-party hosts or service providers and are subject to additional terms and conditions of use, which are posted within those areas on such third parties’ websites, and any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Service.

Changes/Modification to this Terms

Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. EVE reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically because any changes will be binding on you. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Consent

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter, and comply with, these Terms. Our Services are only available to business entities and individuals at least 18 years of age who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Certain areas of the Services may provide a place for Members to interact with Vendors and book services that a Vendor offers. If you are accessing and using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that situation, "you" and "your" will refer to both you and that entity.

Our Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information from our users, is available at the link titled "Privacy Policy" on our homepage and other locations within the Services.

OUR SERVICES

Event Vendor Expo is Neutral Platform

EventVendorExpo connects party hosts and service providers of all types. We help party hosts discover inspiring photos, learn about new trends and select based on what matters most to them. As a User, you acknowledge that we are not a product or vendor, or an agent representative for any Registered Vendor. We and the Services function solely as a neutral platform and digital clearinghouse where Users may connect for types of services or products. We are not involved in or a party to the actual transaction between Users. As a result, we have no control over the existence, quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of the transactions that take place on our Services or the accuracy of any Vendor listings. We have no control over the ability of Vendors to provide items or perform services or the ability of Members to pay for any goods and services. We make no representations or warranties and are not liable or responsible for the actions or inactions of our Users.

You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these third parties. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of, any Content, the truth or accuracy of the descriptions of any goods or services offered for sale, the right of the sellers to sell or license any such goods or services, or the ability of any buyer to purchase any such goods or services. You agree that EventVendorExpo shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any dealings between users of the Service. If there is a dispute between users of the Service, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that EventVendorExpo is under no obligation to become involved.

Use of Content

The text, images, data, illustrations, files, audio and video clips, designs, documents, and other materials and content (collectively, the “Content”) on the Site are our property and may be protected by copyright and other restrictions. Copyrights and other proprietary rights in the Content may also be owned by parties other than us. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use any of the Content, except for your personal and non-commercial use. Please note that we may withdraw any Content from the Site at any time at our sole discretion.

Commercial Use is Restricted

Unauthorized commercial publication or exploitation of text, images, documents, materials or any other Content is prohibited without our express written consent. If you wish to use any of the Content for commercial use, publication, or any purpose other than personal use, you must obtain our written permission prior to such use. We may, in our sole discretion, grant permission for such use on a case-by-case basis and we may charge a usage fee for such use. You may not frame or link to the Services without our prior written permission.

User Warranty

By downloading, printing, or otherwise using any of the Content, you agree that you will

• restrict your use of such Content to personal and non-commercial use.
• comply with all of these Terms, and
• not violate our rights or the rights of any other person or entity.

We do not warrant that use of any of the Content will not infringe the rights of third parties.

No Endorsement and Estimates

EventVendorExpo does not sponsor, endorse, recommend or approve of any vendors who offer products or services through the Services. While we try to confirm that vendors meet certain requirements, we cannot and do not represent or warrant that any vendor is licensed, qualified, bonded, insured or capable of performing any service. Reference to any products, services or other information by trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by us. All non-EventVendorExpo trademarks, product names and logos appearing on our Services are property of their respective owners.

Third Party Materials

The Services may contain links to third party websites, advertisements, services, offers, activities or other content (collectively, "Third Party Materials"). These Third Party Materials are not owned or controlled by EventVendorExpo. These Third Party Materials are provided for your reference and convenience only, and shall not be construed as our endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with a linked website.

Links to the Site

If you arrive at the Site from a third party link or as a result of any of the prohibited solicitations described in paragraph, please note that such link to or solicitation for the Site does not imply a relationship with, or endorsement of, the third party website or its content, purpose, policies or practices. You will not engage in solicitation activities on our behalf that refer potential customers to us including, but not limited to: distributing flyers, coupons and other printed promotional materials, or electronic equivalents; verbal solicitation (e.g., in-person referrals); initiating telephone calls, and sending emails.

Limited Access

From time to time, the Site may be inaccessible or inoperable for any reason, including equipment malfunctions, Site updates, maintenance and repairs and causes beyond our control or those that are not reasonably foreseeable.

Security

Transmissions over the Internet are never 100% secure or error-free. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. EventVendorExpo may use certain trusted third parties to help us provide, improve, protect, and promote our services. These third parties will access your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and may not be in compliance with these Terms.

Linked Websites and Social Media

The Services may contain links to other websites, social media or to third-party sellers of products and services. Such links are provided for your convenience only. You access such links at your own risk. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the content of any such sites, social media or the products and services sold on them. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of the content on such sites and/or social media. When you visit a linked site and/or social media, you should read the terms of use and privacy policy that govern that particular linked website and social media.

PERMISSIBLE USE AND EventVendorExpo INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Trademarks

Names, titles, trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are our registered and/or unregistered common law trademarks or those of third parties. Nothing contained in the Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without our express written permission or that of the appropriate third party that owns the Trademark. Except as permitted by these Terms, any unauthorized use of the Trademarks is prohibited.

Grant of Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial and informational use only.

EventVendorExpo Services are Protected

The Services, including all material and information, and the selection, arrangement and composition of such information ("Materials") are proprietary property of EventVendorExpo, its suppliers, and licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws, including trademark and copyright laws. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notice incorporated in or accompanying the Services. Except for the limited license explicitly granted to you under these Terms, no other license is granted to you, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise and all rights are explicitly reserved.

No Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services (except to the extent specifically permitted by applicable law).

No Automated Queries

You may not use automated web queries (including, without limitation, screen and database scraping, spiders, robots, crawlers and any other automated activity in connection with the Services); provided, however, that general purpose Internet search engines and non-commercial public archives that use tools to gather information for the sole purpose of displaying hyperlinks to the Services are granted a limited exception from the foregoing exclusion, provided that they do so from a stable IP address or range of IP addresses using an easily-identifiable agent. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Site, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Site, for any commercial solicitation purposes. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the Site or the Content.

No Improper Uses

You may not frame any part of our Services. You may not use, or attempt to use, the Services through any means not explicitly and intentionally made available, provided or intended with respect to the Services. You may not harvest information about users of the Services for any purpose. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or that harms EventVendorExpo, its service providers, suppliers or any other person.

ACCOUNTS AND USER SUBMISSIONS

Account

In order to use the Provided Services, you must register and maintain an account with us ("Account"). Account registration requires that you provide us with specified personal information, which may include, without limitation, your name, address, mobile and phone number, email. You must keep your Account information complete, accurate and current at all times. You agree to maintain the security of your Account information and that you are responsible for all activity in connection with your Account. By creating an Account, you agree that communication may be made with you via telephone, email, text message or other electronic or non-electronic means as part of the normal business operation of the Provided Services. By no means Event Vendor Expo asked to provide Social Security Number, if any other websites linked with us asked for such information, we encourage users to not provide Social Security Number to anyone.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide us with accurate, complete and up to date information and you agree to update such information to keep it accurate, complete and up to date. You acknowledge and agree that you will not provide any information or material to us or the Site that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, or that incorporates the proprietary material of another person or entity. You agree you won't disclose your password to anyone, and you'll notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account, whether or not you know about them.

Collected Data Definition

You agree and acknowledge that EventVendorExpo may collect text, photos, videos, measurements, comments, reviews, feedback, notes, ideas, know-how, techniques, data or information of any nature whatsoever (individually and collectively, "Information") before, during, and after the provision of Services, or otherwise in connection with the Services, relating to you, your household, your real or personal property or otherwise (individually and collectively, "Collected Information").

Cookies

We may also collect cookies, which are small pieces of information sent to your browser by a website that you visit. We may use cookies to compile and provide aggregate statistics about the Site’s visitors, traffic patterns, and related information to third parties, but such information will not identify you personally. Cookies may help us adjust the content of the Site and provide better service to visitors. You may set your browser to refuse cookies from any website that you visit. If you refuse cookies, you may still gain access to most of the Site, but you may not be able to conduct certain types of transactions.

Disclosure to Third Parties

At times, in order to provide products and services or market to customers, we may make certain personal information available to strategic partners with whom we work. Except as required pursuant to law, legal process, litigation, or requests from public and governmental authorities, we only share personal information to provide or improve our products, services and advertising; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. In the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale, we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.

Law & Order

We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of EventVendorExpo or our users; or (d) protect our property rights.

You Are Responsible for User Submissions

The Services may permit you and other users to submit Information (individually and collectively, "User Submissions"). You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of submitting them.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
• “stalk” or otherwise harass anyone;
• collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
• use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Service – unless expressly permitted by EventVendorExpo.com;
• post irrelevant Content, repeatedly post the same or similar Content or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• post the same item or service in more than one classified category or forum;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to EventVendorExpo computer systems, EVE data base or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or EVE service.

License to User Submissions

With respect to both User Submissions and Collected Information, you grant EventVendorExpo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, publish, broadcast, publicly perform, make, use, import, offer to sell, sell, and otherwise transfer and exploit all copyrights, inventions, and other intellectual property rights in the User Submissions and Collected Information in all media to use the names, voices, photographs, likenesses, performances, and biographical data included in or associated with any Submitted Content in connection with the advertising, promotion, trade and other exploitation of the Submitted Content and the rights granted herein. You acknowledge that we may retain archived copies of your Submitted Content and may continue to use your Submitted Content in connection with any materials that were created prior to your removal of your Submitted Content, in accordance with the license described below. We will not pay you or otherwise compensate you for User Submissions or Collected Information.

We always want to receive messages and feedback from our Users and welcome any comments regarding the Services. Any ideas, suggestions, comments or proposals you send to us (collectively, “Submissions”) are entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such Submissions as we see fit and without any obligation or compensation to you.

Receiving E-mail

We may, from time to time, send you email about your Account, the Properties or the Services. We may also send you email with general information or special offers about products and services provided by Pros that may be of interest to you. In most cases, we will give you an opportunity to accept or decline the receipt of promotional email. When a user/client is requesting an inquiry regarding vendor service, Client and Vendor will receive an email from EventVendorExpo.com for such inquiries which will be stored in database to improve service. Such information will not be shared with third parties.

Do Not Post Illegal or Harmful Content

You agree that you are the exclusive owner of all rights in the User Submissions and such rights have not been assigned or encumbered. You agree not to post, submit or link to any User Submissions or material that infringes, misappropriates or violates the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights), or that is in violation of any federal, state or local law, rule or regulation. Additionally, you agree not to post, submit or link to any User Submissions or material that is deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable as determined by EventVendorExpo.

Do Not Post Improper Content

You agree not to post, submit or link to any User Submissions or material that (i) directly or indirectly directs persons to another online or offline location that provides products or services similar to the Services; (ii) involves unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation; or (iii) facilitates gambling, gaming, raffles, lotteries, sweepstakes, and/or any other activity featuring the award of a prize.

Review of User Submissions

We do not approve, control or endorse your or anyone else's User Submissions and have no obligation to do so. However, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to remove or modify User Submissions for any reason, at our sole discretion.

CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe that your work has been reproduced in connection with the Services in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our designated agent with the following information in writing: (i) a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest, (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located within the Services, (iv) information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an e-mail address, (v) a signed statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and (vi) a signed statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Notification pursuant to the DMCA should be submitted by email with the subject “Claims of Copyright Infringement – Notice” at EventVendorExpo@gmail.com or support@eventvendorexpo.com.

In compliance with Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the written notice must include substantially the following items:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe to have been infringed or, if the claim involves multiple works on the Services, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material you believe to be infringing in a sufficiently precise manner to allow us to locate that material.
• Adequate information by which we can contact you (including your name, postal address, telephone number and, if available, email address).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the written notice is accurate.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Completed notices should be sent by email to: EventVendorExpo@gmail.com and/or mail to the Legal Department of your respective state as per the Law.

FTC Disclosure Policy

The Federal Trade Commission requires us to disclose any relationship we may have with any person or entity that provides something of value in connection with any endorsements made on the Site. No such advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation for endorsements are made to us in connection with the Site.
We are not compensated to provide an opinion or an endorsement on products, services, websites and various other topics. The views and opinions expressed on the Site are purely our views and opinions or those of the users of the Site who maintain an Account. If we claim or appear to be an expert on a certain topic or product or service area, we will only endorse such products or services that we believe, based on our expertise, are worthy of such endorsement, and we shall not be compensated for such endorsement.

Release

You agree that you bear all risk and you agree to and do hereby release eventvendorexpo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, licensors, licensees and suppliers (collectively, the "EventVendorExpo parties") from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, now and in the future, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the services, your use of, or transactions with, eventvendorexpo or other third parties. You further waive any and all rights and benefits otherwise conferred by any statutory or non-statutory law of any jurisdiction that would purport to limit the scope of a release or waiver. You waive and relinquish all rights and benefits which you have or may have under section 1542 of the civil code of the state of california or any similar provision of the statutory or non-statutory law of any other jurisdiction to the full extent that you may lawfully waive all such rights and benefits.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The services are provided on an "As is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the eventvendorexpo parties disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory, and otherwise in connection with the services and your use of or transactions with eventvendorexpo or other third parties, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, security, accuracy, availability, use of reasonable care and skill, and non- infringement, as well as warranties arising by usage of trade, course of dealing, and course of performance. Eventvendorexpo does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors, viruses or other harmful code, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EventVendorExpo.com BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF EventVendorExpo HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), BASED ON, OR RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE OF, OR TRANSACTIONS WITH, EventVendorExpo OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF EventVendorExpo OR THE SERVICE, FROM INABILITY TO USE EventVendorExpo OR THE SERVICE, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF EventVendorExpo.com OR THE SERVICE. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH EventVendorExpo OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON eventvendorexpo.com OR THE SERVICE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH EventVendorExpo OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON eventvendorexpo.com. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SOME JURISDICTIONS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE NOT PERMITTED. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, SOME OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO USE OF THE SERVICES MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) MONTH FROM THE DATE THE CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE. CLAIMS BROUGHT AFTER SUCH PERIOD ARE VOID.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the EventVendorExpo parties from and against any claims, disputes, losses, obligations, demands, liabilities, expenses, damages, court costs, and attorney's fees due to or arising out of (1) your access to or use of the services(e.g. Content you submitted, post or make available), (2) your use of, or transactions with, EventVendorExpo or other third parties, or (3) your violation of any of these terms or violation of any rights of another. EventVendorExpo reserves the right, at its own cost and sole discretion, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with EventVendorExpo in asserting any available defenses.

Manipulating Ratings and Reviews

You acknowledge and agree that the Services are a neutral platform and that all transactions for services are made by and between you and other Members only and, therefore, we cannot, do not and will not make any comments on behalf of you or your services. As a consequence, you acknowledge that the key component and integrity of the Services is the ability of Members to leave Rating and Review about you and/or your services (whether positive, neutral or negative) and for other Members to read and evaluate those feedback reviews and make voluntary choices based upon that feedback. Therefore, in order to preserve the key component and integrity of the Services, you shall not:

• Attempt to restrict in any way a Member's right to post a review, by contract or otherwise;
• Offer a Member cash or other compensation or thing of value in any form in exchange for a more favorable review;
• Post and/or cut and paste and/or copy the content of a Member feedback review from the Services to your own personal or business site, to any other third party website and/or to or on any of your own personal, business or third-party marketing/advertising materials, regardless of the form;
• Attempt to gain feedback by receiving multiple feedback from the same member;
• Post or attempt to post, in any manner or by any means, a feedback review on your own account; or
• Misrepresent or impersonate another Member

Rating and Review Dispute

If you undermine the integrity of our Rating and Review system in any way, your membership or subscription may be suspended or terminated. Each Vendor acknowledges that your Rating and Review ("feedback") consists of opinions left by other Members and a machine calculated feedback score. You further acknowledge that we do not make judgments on the truth or accuracy of opinions or statements.

Members may Dispute such reviews provided by any users, which violates this term. Such disputes can be sent via email with the subject “Dispute Review” to or support@eventvendorexpo.com.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINE

The purpose of the EVE Community ('Community') Guidelines are to make the Community a safe and enriching place for all users. We encourage our members to be welcoming to all members, offer honest and supportive advice, and share ideas to improve the wedding planning process. Members of the Community conduct themselves with a high degree of integrity, decency, and respect in order to ensure that all Community voices can be heard, and everyone can find the support and information they need.

Use of the Community is subject to these Community Guidelines, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy, which Event Vendor Expo reserves the right to modify at any time. Please direct any questions or feedback to contact us form.

It is expected that everyone who chooses to participate in the Event Vendor Expo Community will hold themselves and each other to these Guidelines and ideals in order to foster a helpful, fun, and supportive Community for all.

The Community Guidelines are incorporated herein by reference and therefore are part of the Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

GENERAL

Assignment

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, is personal to you only, and you may not assign them to anyone, but may be assigned by EventVendorExpo without restriction and without notice to you.

Export Control

Software and the transmission of applicable technical data, if any, in connection with the Services may be subject to export controls. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding software and the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EventVendorExpo concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications of any kind between you and EventVendorExpo with respect to the Services.

Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and EventVendorExpo's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Reservation of Rights

We specifically reserve all rights that we do not expressly grant in these Terms. However, we do not entertain all rights and nothing on the Site or in these Terms grants any right or license to use any property of any third party.

Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, restrict access to, or discontinue the Services (or any portion of the Services), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you, and are not obligated to support or update the Services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Services shall be subject to these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right, with or without notice, and in our sole discretion, to terminate any license to the Services, in whole or in part, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Services. You agree that Event Vendor Expo, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Event Vendor Expo Team believes that you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms. Further, you agree that EventVendorExpo.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the Service after said termination.

Third Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not create any right of action on the part of any third party, except for the EventVendorExpo Parties and suppliers or others who are party to written agreements with us explicitly giving them third party beneficiary rights.

Attorney Fees

If the EventVendorExpo Parties take legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms, the EventVendorExpo Parties will be entitled to recover attorney fees from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to the EventVendorExpo Parties.

Prevailing Terms

To the extent of any conflict between the Terms in the Terms and any other document made a part of the Terms by its express terms, the Terms of the Terms shall prevail except as otherwise stated in the Terms or when the other document specifically states that it shall prevail.

Legal Disclaimer: By logging in to your EventVendorExpo.com Vendor account, you are agreeing to the terms below and you are stating that you have the authority to represent the business, manufacturer’s service, and copyrighted material online. If you do not agree to the terms, or if you do not have the legal right to represent this brand relative to the terms below, please do not login to the account.

1) Parties: This “Agreement” between “I” or “me” or the “Company/Business” and EventVendorExpo.com. (“EventVendorExpo.com”, together with me, “we” or the “parties”) governs the relationship between the parties. The parties agree to conduct this transaction and permit the creation of this Agreement by electronic means.

2) Content: I hereby license to EventVendorExpo the use of the images (including logo, Venues photographs, etc.), product catalog, vendor portfolio and related data, that I provide or have placed on my website (such images, product catalog, related data, the “Content”) for display on EventVendorExpo and “Affiliated Sites,” including related websites, social media websites, picture hosting websites, and all other website EventVendorExpo at its sole discretion believes will provide beneficial exposure to me, and for use in emails, quote requests and promotional materials. I may make suggestions for the best way to showcase my products or display the Content at any time, but EventVendorExpo retains full discretion regarding what Content (if any) to display, how, and where. I represent and warrant that I have obtained all rights in the Content necessary for EventVendorExpo to exercise the rights granted hereunder, that the Content is accurate and representative of my products, and that I will update my Event Vendor Expo vendor account with any updates to the Content necessary to keep such Content accurate and representative of my products. EventVendorExpo and Affiliated Sites are not responsible for any damages associated with the Content or its interpretation.

3) Membership Fees: Price as stated on EventVendorExpo.com at the time of purchase of the membership. Price remains locked in as long as membership is kept current. All payments are paid upfront at the beginning of the account setup. All yearly payments are paid upfront at the beginning of the 365 day billing cycle. Payments are automatically deducted from the account on file each billing cycle, unless I cancel my account.

4) Length of Contract: This Agreement is valid up to and until I cancel my account.

5) Billing: In the event that a payment is due on my Membership, but my credit card on file is no longer valid or active, EventVendorExpo Team may attempt to contact me to determine updated account information. The Event Vendor Expo team can reach out to me before 30 days of expiration of my membership and will wait thirty (30) days to cancel my membership.

6) Termination: I may request termination of this agreement at any time. Termination will take effect upon the end of the last day of my billing cycle. Event Vendor Expo may terminate this agreement at will. In the event of EventVendorExpo terminates this agreement early, and I am not in violation of any term of this Agreement, I will receive a prorated reimbursement for the portion of the billing cycle remaining.
